The HP-19C was produced by Hewlett Packard in the late 70s. More information about this model may be found in the Museum of HP Calculators .
I used to own an HP-19C at school, but I later sold it to upgrade to an HP-41C (then the state of the art in calculator design). I did remember, however, a distinctive feature in the HP-19C display, namely that the decimal dots on the LED display, had the HP logo on them.
I have recently managed to acquire an HP-19C and the first thing I cheched was the decimal dot. Here you can see a close up of the HP-19C display:
